A.C.F.’s Newly Developed Harley Flathead 45 WLA, ULH, U, UL Early & Late Oil Pump Upgrade Designed to improve cylinder, piston and general cooling on all Harley Davidson Flathead Motors.
This is our newly developed oil pump rotor (upgrade kit) for all 45 Big Twin Flathead
Motors. We have tested this oil pump system on our Bonneville motors
for 5 years. This pump has the ability to run piston squirters or a
continuous feed crank with a 0.090 hole drilled in the end of the pinion
shaft. This pump delivers double the flow and a maintainable 20 psi. (The kit does not include an oil pump body)
Kit includes our special oil pump gasket, .007.) The professional oil pump rebuild will include machining of the check seats. USA made Difference between the long and short rotor will depend on the model of your oil pump. There is a narrow pump that only has 2 bypass caps or the wide body pump which has 3 bypass caps. The 2 bypass caps would get the short rotor and the wide body pump would get the long rotor. Please specify tall or short rotor.
